How do I post a podcast?
1. Create your podcast on Garage Band
2. On Garage Band - 'Share' - 'Export Podcast to Disk' - 'Audio Settings - 'Spoken Podcast'
3. Export your podcast to the desktop
4. Log In to podbean.com (username: chavezcheetah, password: b5e9b86)
5. 'Publish a Podcast' (Blue button)
6. 'Upload', then 'upload' again
7. 'Choose File', select the podcast on your desktop
8. 'Upload', and then WAIT (1-3 minutes)
9. Once the file uploads, click it, and it will give you a url web address, copy that address
10. Post URL as a link on our blog!
